About Jo

 

I am passionate about seeing people flourish and realise their potential. I am endlessly curious about people, how we relate to one another and our behaviours and I know that when we live with joy and purpose the impact on our life and the lives of those around us is immeasurable.

 

I have over 30 years experience of creating and leading teams and have worked across various organisations at the senior leadership level whilst also providing executive coaching.

 

From this experience, I am convinced that people are at their best and bring their best when they are led well and are part of a high trust, high performing team.

 

Building and growing strong leaders and leadership teams inevitably grows the individuals in the team and leads to increased momentum, purpose and fulfilment within the team.

 

My role as an executive and senior leadership team coach is to come alongside you, ask the right questions, and equip and empower leaders and their teams to achieve great results.
